FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about Reservations at Knutschfleck Berlin

If you have purchased a TICKET WITH DATE in the shop, seats are automatically reserved for you.
For VOUCHERS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, a reservation via the contact form is required.

We recommend that you reserve a table and purchase tickets for the show in advance. If the event is fully booked on that day, we cannot guarantee a place.

To the ticket shop

We cannot guarantee entry for those without a table reservation or ticket. The Berlin Variety Show is often fully booked, so we highly recommend making a reservation or purchasing a ticket in advance.

Admission to the Berlin Varieté Show is every Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m., with the show starting at 7 p.m. You can order food and drinks à la carte throughout the evening. We recommend booking tickets in advance.

Things can always come up. You can easily cancel or modify your reservation via email using the contact form above. We kindly ask for your understanding that cancellations must be made in writing.

Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, we regretfully have to charge a cancellation fee of €40.

We’re happy to create personalized offers for your celebrations, whether private or business-related (such as Christmas parties, corporate events, team gatherings, or birthdays). Of course, we understand that plans can change or unexpected things can come up.

We kindly ask that you cancel, reschedule, or adjust such individual bookings at least one week in advance via email or through the contact form. This also applies if there are changes in the number of guests.

Otherwise, we will unfortunately have to charge the agreed total price. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we reserve your spot and may have to turn down other guests for you.

For bookings for companies or groups of 10 or more people, the following cancellation policies apply:
  • For cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the booking, 20% of the total amount will be charged,
  • 2 weeks prior, 50% of the total amount will be charged,
  • and from 1 week prior, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
